Getting In and Staying In Business [business factory success]
Business success starts off with "never say never." Anyone can succeed in a business no matter their background or education, so get out of the way any doubts you have right now. Rather than doubt, you just figure it out. Many have started their business with far less advantages than you have. They just go out and do and succeed. So do not think you have to be smart, and especially do not be too smart. Some of those with the greatest obstacles were too dumb to think that they cannot succeed. Because failure never entered their mind, it never entered their life.
You can actually do much better in your own business than you can working for someone else. Two qualities you need are to be a stickler for stingy and the emboldened self-determinedness to go out on your own. A home business is the way to go because of the low overhead. You have home expenses you already pay, so you just convert your current space to the place where you also generate income. The icing on the cake is the tax advantages you will get. Find out about them by researching and educating yourself on any and every kind of advantage you can get as a businessperson. Be shrewd and responsible and your dreams become possible.
Even from home you can sell online to everywhere in the world that has a delivery route. First though, you have to get familiar with what you are doing. The first phase is gathering knowledge, skill, and experience. So when you first do a home business, start out part-time so you can continue getting income from your regular job. Later on as the money starts coming in, you can quit that job and go full tilt as a professional in your business career. If you are a non-working spouse, you can go all at it right away to greatly add to your household income, keep ahead of bills, pay off debts, and build up savings. But if you want your cash flow to really grow, it is best to reinvest in your business. [business factory success]
You can choose whatever you want to do with your business. Something that interests you will keep you motivated, and something that appeals to other people will keep you in profit, but it does not have to appeal to all people. You will get your most loyal customers by focusing on a niche, a distinct specialization of products or services dealing with the wants and needs of certain groups of people. For instance, there are general clothiers which are businesses that makes or sells clothing for average people, then there are specialized clothiers that makes or sells clothing for the big and tall, those that cannot find what they want that fits them from a regular clothing store. The specialized clothier develops a relationship with their customers by conversational questioning and saying, "I'll see what I can do"... or structured surveys to find what it is they want in a type of clothing in order to provide them with exactly that.
Once you have your business, you promote it by going after your target market. You do that by putting the words "Big and Tall" in your advertisements for clothing, then place your ads where your intended prospects will most likely find them, like in a magazine read by sumo wrestlers or basketball players. In advertising by direct mail you might get a mailing list of people who have bought over-sized clothing before. Online you can advertise on search engines using the keywords "extra-large clothing" or some other apt description of your product.
Experiment with different ways of advertising and different words in your advertising to find the combinations that work best. Also observe and study the ads of others in your industry. Track the effectiveness of what you put out. That is how you hone an advertising system. You need to take this part very seriously because business needs responsive customers to succeed and business failure can most often be traced to ineffective and inadequate advertising campaigns.
There will be features to your product or service, and you should get in the habit of describing how those features benefit your customer, how your product or service will make your customer's life easier. Collect testimonials from satisfied customers so you can show the results of what happens when doing business with you. This will help you with your advertising and give your business credibility. Stories of how you have filled someone else's need or solved their problem have a very persuasive impact on getting others to try you out. You definitely want people to believe in your product or service even when they have not tried it out yet, so give an ironclad money-back guarantee. A guarantee and testimonials are great tools for disarming skepticism. [business factory success]
Stay in business by tweaking your advertising and cutting all needless expenditures. Learn about the lucrative advantages of press releases and joint ventures. Cut costs at every corner in every area of your business because the less money you have going out, the more chance you have of staying in business. Buy supplies from auctions, wholesalers, or direct from the factory. Rent or share resources. Look around for the best deals and alternative avenues like bartering. If you can get away with dirt cheap, then do it. No money for payroll? Enlist family, it's how many a family business started out. Borrow goods but do not borrow money unless absolutely necessary as debts can kill a business. Obtain used stuff instead of new stuff and even then try to haggle for the best price. Remember that you are now an entrepreneur. Be a prosperous one by pinching every penny and promoting every day. SEIZE THE PAY!

Southern California - Loaded with Fun
Southern California - Loaded with Fun [factory factory california]
Southern California is the place to be for fun. There are amusements parks, aquariums, zoos, museums, water parks, nature parks, mountains, beaches, deserts and more.
A new attraction to Southern California is Disney's California Adventure. Inside this park you will find a boardwalk along a large lake with rides such as a marine life merry-go-round, a huge Ferris wheel, and a roller coaster that only the hardiest stomachs can handle. A favorite attraction is California Soarin', a ride that simulates a hang gliding tour over many scenic and popular California spots.
Be sure to visit the sourdough bread factory. There you will find that for a reasonable price you can make a meal of their delicious, fresh sourdough bread and butter.
If it is a hot day come prepared to get wet. There is a great river rapids ride and there are several spots around the park for children to have fun with sprinklers and fountains.
With a two-park pass you can visit both California Adventure and Disneyland. In the summer Disneyland is open till after midnight so you can enjoy California Adventure in the morning and early afternoon and then cross over to Disneyland for the rest of the day to enjoy their rides, the parade and the fireworks show. [factory factory california]
A short drive up Interstate 5 takes you to Knott's Berry Farm, another very popular spot for vacationers and local families wanting to spend time together having fun.
Camp Snoopy provides loads of fun for the younger kids. There you find a pony ride, petting farm, small Ferris wheel and several more rides that children want to go on over and over again. Knott's also has great roller coasters and other rides, including a stage coach, river rapids ride and log ride as well as several shows.
After a day running around seeing the shows and enjoying the rides you will want to visit the famous Knott's Chicken Dinner Restaurant. Delicious fried chicken, mouth-watering biscuits and everything topped off with their famous boysenberry pie. It cannot be beat.
Further up Interstate 5 you come to Six Flags Magic Mountain, which is full of roller coasters of every type. For the very young there is a children's area with rides they will love. Be prepared for higher temperatures in the summer than Disneyland or Knott's, but if you have teenagers or if you love adventure yourself you do not want to miss it.
Heading south on Interstate 5 about 150 miles you come to a fairly new amusement park, LegoLand. With over 50 rides, shows and attractions it is another Southern California amusement park that takes at least a full day to get around. [factory factory california]
They have rides especially for the very young including a miniature train and a boat ride that gently takes you through some favorite fairy tales. There are several water play areas and of course legos to play with. For older children and adults there are roller coasters, water rides, and more.
All of these parks are loaded with fun and all are located a short drive from each other. If you are traveling from out of the area and plan to stay in a hotel, there are many that offer shuttles that provide easy transportation to and from the parks.

The Three R's of Employee Motivation
The Three R's of Employee Motivation [Employee factory factor]
Smart managers never overlook this fact: loyal, productive employees are one of your biggest assets. From corporate cubicles to the factory floor, it's the collective skills and efforts of PEOPLE that keep your operation going. Thus, mastering the art of employee motivation techniques is crucial to maintaining a work environment that is good for both the company and the employees.
You can easily set the right tone in the workplace by learning to respond to a basic need we all share... which is to be respected and valued.
Respect
Everyone wants to be treated with respect. And as a company owner or manager, your words, body language, even your facial expressions can make a huge difference in how employees perceive your opinion of them. For instance, extending common courtesies such as a "Good morning" or a nod as you pass workers in the hallway says to them that they are not invisible to you. Other demonstrations of respect could include asking employees for suggestions to improve operations and/or management. It's another way of saying, "I respect and value your opinions." Even offering constructive criticism, in private, to a worker who may have missed the mark says, "I respect you enough not to embarrass you in front of your co-workers..." [Employee factory factor]
Recognition
Two powerful words are important in employee motivation... "Great Job!" By recognizing the work of others, you motivate them to keep working. You'll find that regularly giving verbal or written praise for a job well done goes a long way in making employees feel appreciated. If workers feel that they play an important part in the company by the work they provide, then they are much more likely to seek ways to improve their performance.
Reward
While cash incentives are a sure way to put a smile on an employee's face, there are other creative ways to motivate employees through "thoughtful" gestures. For individual rewards, how about gift certificates for DVD rentals, music CD purchases, theme park tickets or "Dinner for 2" at a local eatery? For group or departmental appreciations, consider a "Leave Work 30 Minutes Early Next Friday" reward. Or once-a-month, spring for dessert treats in honor of those celebrating birthdays in that calendar month. You are limited only by your imagination and budget. [Employee factory factor]
Placing respect, recognition and reward at the heart of your employee motivation efforts will serve to boost morale, increase productivity and positively affect the company's bottom-line. A WIN-WIN-WIN situation for all.
